Winter Satellite Workshop is here – SpacEconomy is participating

Finland’s and the Nordic countries’ largest space-sector event, the Winter Satellite Workshop, began on Tuesday in Espoo, Otaniemi. 

The SpacEconomy project is participating in the event not only through numerous presentations and posters given by researchers from partner organizations, but also with its own exhibition stand (at street level near Aalto University, close to the Pop-up presentation area).

The SpacEconomy coordinator, Heidi Kuusniemi, also presented the project at the opening ceremony; this can be considered the project’s first public presentation.

More than 2,000 participants have registered for the event, which will continue until Friday. Presentations in the main halls are also being streamed on YouTube.
