SpacEconomy participates the Science Night

The major space-sector event Winter Satellite Workshop continues today at Dipoli Conference Center in Otaniemi, Espoo.
The event will conclude with an open evening session accessible to everyone, linked to the nationwide Night of Science, which is taking place this Thursday across Finland. The doors at Dipoli open at 5:00 PM, and in addition to the presentations, there will also be exhibitors on site – including SpacEconomy.
Nearly all of the speakers are also involved in our project. Some of the presentations will be in Finnish.

- 17:30–18:10: Finnish Space Technology by Prof. Jaan Praks, Aalto University (in Finnish)
- 18:10–18:50: European Space Agency Planetary Exploration Highlights for 2026–2035 by Dr. Michael Küppers, ESA (in English)
- 18:50–19:30: The Dependence of Space Activities on Geodesy by Prof. Hannu Koivula, Finnish Geospatial Research Institute (in Finnish)
- 19:30–20:00: How Did an Asteroid Impact Enable Life-Friendly Conditions in the Lappajärvi Meteorite Crater? by Geologist Satu Hietala, Geological Survey of Finland (in Finnish)
